Billing

We're thrilled to offer you the convenience and reliability of Procare for billing services. With this trusted childcare management software, we ensure a seamless and transparent billing process. You can expect accurate invoicing, easy payment options, and detailed financial statements, all designed to make managing your childcare expenses hassle-free.

Processing Fees:

• DEBIT: a 2.7% surcharge will be reflected on your upcoming invoices.

• CREDIT: card, you will automatically be charged a 2.7% transaction fee at time of payment

• ACH: (automatic payments set up through your bank), the district will absorb a transaction fee of $1 and you will pay a flat rate-fee. Some banks may charge an additional processing fee.

Parent Portal

With Procare, you'll have real-time access to important updates, schedules, and communication from our team. From checking in on your child's activities to reviewing billing statements, our portal ensures you're always informed and connected. You will receive an account at the time of enrollment.
